LT360

3D Fibre Laser Cutting Robot System

The first of its kind in North America, the LT360 is a uniquely powerful 3D laser cutter, featuring a cutting head mounted on a six-axis robot that works in tandem with a handling robot. The LT360 can cut all kinds of three-dimensional sections; bent, hydroformed, extruded, drawn, flat or stamped tubes and sheets in mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, copper and brass.

Featuring a 3D tilt cutting head, this cutter can perform high precision angular cuts in round, square, triangular, l-beam and other special shapes. It can handle complex cutting patterns, reach hard to access locations and is well suited for thick-walled tubes. It can cut a variety of materials: iron, stainless steel, aluminium, copper and brass.

The machine integrates into our production process with all the advantages of fiber lasers, including lower energy consumption, low maintenance and cutting of highly reflective materials.

FAQs

Our capabilities include high speed tube cutting (both traditional and laser cutting), flat sheet cutting and press brake, the forming of tubes, robotic and manual welding, plus assembly of complex structures.

For tube cutting we work with diameters ranging from 0.50” up to 10.0” in outside diameter. Wall thicknesses vary up to 0.37”.

For tube bending we work with diameters ranging from .50” up to 4.0” in outside diameter. Wall thicknesses vary up to 0.25”.

Our sheet cutting capabilities extend to 1” thick material.
